Once the Client completes the booking, it is presumed that they accept these&nbsp; General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Cliente aceita os presentes Termos e Condi\u00e7\u00f5es ao encomendar servi\u00e7os \u00e0 Empresa atrav\u00e9s do s\u00edtio Web, por correio eletr\u00f3nico, por telefone, ao efetuar um pagamento sem pr\u00e9-encomenda ou por qualquer outro meio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client is responsible for all the costs and consequences which may occur due to incorrect information they have provided when making a booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A marca da empresa e o s\u00edtio Web, bem como todos os seus componentes (c\u00f3digo de programa\u00e7\u00e3o, design, fotografias, texto, etc.) e todas as subp\u00e1ginas s\u00e3o propriedade intelectual dos propriet\u00e1rios da empresa e, por conseguinte, est\u00e3o protegidos por direitos de autor. Outside of that, it will be kept private and confidential, except when applicable by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All information submitted by the Company (websites, promotional material, other agencies\u2019 information) are strictly informative and are subject to cancellation, change or modification due to heavy traffic, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Termos que utilizamos e respectivas explica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Embalagem<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; The entire service package the Client booked, defined as a tour, day trip, or holiday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Atividade<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; an individual activity or an activity inside the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>100% Money-Back Guaranteed<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 If we can\u2019t deliver the service as promised and the Client is not satisfied, they should communicate the complaint directly to our staff in less than 24 hours after the activity. If we agree on the issue, the Client can get the money back paid for that specific activity, but not for the whole package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Best Price Guarantee<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; We try to offer the best possible prices. In case competitors offer exactly the same activity or package at a lower rate, we would try to match their price if that&#8217;s possible. This is not applicable after the booking was confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reservas e pagamentos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking more than 60 days in advance of the travel date for a package or activity with a total price of 500 \u20ac or more, we require the payment of a minimum 25% deposit at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance to be paid 60 days prior to the departure date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client is booking within 60 days of the departure date, full payment will be due at the time of booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pagamento deve ser efectuado atrav\u00e9s dos m\u00e9todos e prazos especificados no s\u00edtio Web, salvo acordo em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We cannot guarantee any availability on the required date and time before the payment or deposit is finalized.<br><br>If full payment is not received 60 days prior to the departure date, we reserve the right to cancel the activity or package and deem the deposit non refundable regardless of the Client\u2019s Cancellation Insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client makes a late payment before the booking is cancelled by us, the client is obliged to pay a late fee of 19 \u20ac per day from the first day after the due date unless a different agreement has been made in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client fails to cover all payments due (including all fees if any) in full within 7 days of receiving a reminder, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subject to the availability of chosen arrangements, we will confirm an activity or package by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the client who booked the activity or package, regardless of the amount of people in the group. The client must check the invoice carefully and contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancelamento ou\/e altera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the time of cancellation the following cancellation fees apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75% of the trip costs will be refunded for cancellations up to 60 days before departure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50% dos custos da viagem ser\u00e3o reembolsados para cancelamentos efectuados entre 31-60 dias antes da partida.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nenhum (0%) dos custos da viagem ser\u00e1 reembolsado em caso de cancelamento com menos de 30 dias de anteced\u00eancia da partida ou de n\u00e3o compar\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For cancelled reservations we can apply your cancellation penalties to a future reservation. This credit will be valid for travel within one year of the cancellation date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A reserva efectuada pelo Cliente \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria e, por conseguinte, o Cliente pode anular a sua reserva exclusivamente nos termos das presentes Condi\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the payment was made online or by credit card or via a payment link, we reserve the right to keep a 5% processing fee in case of refunding a cancellation made by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora pouco prov\u00e1vel, os nossos servi\u00e7os podem ser cancelados ou alterados pela Empresa devido \u00e0 falta do n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de participantes ou a outras circunst\u00e2ncias imprevistas. No caso de um dos nossos servi\u00e7os ser cancelado ou alterado, ser\u00e1 notificado o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or modify any facilities without notice, including changing or altering venues, routes and prices. In the event of a change, the Company will endeavour to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. All this is done for the best possible experience of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se n\u00e3o puder participar numa excurs\u00e3o ou atividade, ou se n\u00e3o pudermos oferecer uma excurs\u00e3o ou atividade, devido a uma circunst\u00e2ncia fora do nosso controlo ou a um evento de for\u00e7a maior, a Empresa n\u00e3o tem qualquer responsabilidade pelos cancelamentos e o cliente n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 direito a qualquer reembolso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando uma excurs\u00e3o\/atividade j\u00e1 estiver em curso, a Empresa n\u00e3o oferece qualquer reembolso se o nosso pessoal determinar que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o permitem uma continua\u00e7\u00e3o segura em caso de condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas extremas ou de qualquer outro motivo de for\u00e7a maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certas actividades e pontos tur\u00edsticos das excurs\u00f5es est\u00e3o condicionados pelas condi\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas e pelos hor\u00e1rios de abertura, pelo que a Empresa se reserva o direito de alterar o programa da excurs\u00e3o (itiner\u00e1rio), mas tentar\u00e1 informar o Cliente da altera\u00e7\u00e3o o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the Client fails to have proper gear which is required for a certain tour\/activity, the Company or their representative reserves the right to refuse the Client\u2019s participation in the tour\/activity, without a chance of refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes da confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva, o Cliente pode efetuar altera\u00e7\u00f5es gratuitas \u00e0 reserva. Ap\u00f3s a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva, tentaremos efetuar altera\u00e7\u00f5es e pedidos adicionais, mas a disponibilidade n\u00e3o pode ser garantida. A Empresa reserva-se o direito de cobrar um suplemento em caso de altera\u00e7\u00e3o da reserva ap\u00f3s o dep\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your package content, services and price are included in the final offer. The final offer stands as a confirmation statement of selected services and is a part of the Company\u2019s contract with the Client. The package price does not include (unless agreed otherwise):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>excurs\u00f5es e visitas facultativas (n\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3rias\/adicionais),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>custos de obten\u00e7\u00e3o e emiss\u00e3o de vistos, se for o caso,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alimentos e bebidas e outros servi\u00e7os extra,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seguro de viagem,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quaisquer outros servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o especificados na oferta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os tipos de servi\u00e7os especiais no local (quarto individual de \u00faltima hora, dieta especial, etc.) s\u00e3o pagos pelo Cliente e devem ser solicitados durante a reserva. Se o Cliente solicitar um servi\u00e7o especial durante a viagem\/atividade, dever\u00e1 pag\u00e1-lo diretamente ao guia ou ao representante da Empresa, na moeda do respetivo pa\u00eds. Reservamo-nos o direito de aumentar o pre\u00e7o e o direito de anula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos os pre\u00e7os s\u00e3o em \u20ac (euros), salvo indica\u00e7\u00e3o em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Empresa pode solicitar um aumento do pre\u00e7o contratado se, ap\u00f3s a celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato, ocorrerem os seguintes factos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa de c\u00e2mbio em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 data de publica\u00e7\u00e3o do programa,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos de transporte (combust\u00edvel, portagens, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A change in hotels or carriers\u2019 fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company can inform customers of the change verbally or in writing. The Client may cancel the tour free of charge if the changed price is more than 10% higher, at the latest within 48 hours after the notice. If the customer fails to cancel the tour within the stated term, it shall be deemed that they agree to the changed price. The published prices are the result of the Company\u2019s contract with suppliers\/partners and they may not correspond to the prices stated on the spot, at the Client\u2019s destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso de o Cliente se atrasar para uma atividade, tentaremos sempre proporcionar-lhe a atividade mais tarde do que o inicialmente previsto, mas se tal n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel, n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 direito a reembolso. Se sabe que vai chegar atrasado, por favor informe-nos o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se, por qualquer raz\u00e3o, desejar terminar uma atividade mais cedo, n\u00e3o ter\u00e1 direito a qualquer reembolso ou desconto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Empresa reserva-se o direito absoluto de recusar uma reserva \u00e0 sua discri\u00e7\u00e3o, por qualquer motivo e em qualquer altura. Os clientes concordam em aceitar a autoridade e as decis\u00f5es dos nossos funcion\u00e1rios, guias e afiliados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A empresa reserva-se o direito de cancelar uma excurs\u00e3o ou actividades em qualquer circunst\u00e2ncia, mas esfor\u00e7ar-se-\u00e1 por evit\u00e1-lo, a menos que seja absolutamente necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company is not accountable for any other bookings made by the Client with other providers, such as tours, transfers, flights, etc. If in the event of a changed itinerary, the Company does not guarantee any time of tour departure or arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seguro b\u00e1sico de cancelamento<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client can buy Cancellation Insurance upon booking as a guarantee that covers the total price of the activity or package which includes most service fees and charges. The client gets a full refund in case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O seguro de anula\u00e7\u00e3o cobre o seguinte:<br>Illness &#8211; A physical or mental condition confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Injury &#8211; A bodily injury confirmed by a doctor that prevents you from attending the booked package.<br>Death &#8211; or death of your close relatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation within 48 hours after the reason for the cancellation occurs. The client who has purchased Cancellation Insurance can cancel at the latest 72 hours before the start of activity or package to be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O utilizador tem de apresentar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria no prazo de 15 dias ap\u00f3s o cancelamento. Depois de recebermos a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o completa e confirmarmos a sua validade, devolveremos o seu dinheiro no prazo de 90 dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Documentation should include a valid certificate of inability to travel, from which it is clear that the client was not able to travel on dates for which the activity or package was booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In groups of 5 or more that are not members of the same family, maximum 30% of the group members are eligible to get the money back &#8211; for example if the group consists of 10 people, max 3 people can get the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O incumprimento dos prazos de pagamento sem aviso pr\u00e9vio n\u00e3o est\u00e1 coberto pelo seguro de anula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t refund costs of Cancellation Insurance and payment fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Premium Cancellation Insurance &#8211; Cancel for any reason (CFAR) Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The client can buy CFAR Insurance as a guarantee that covers the total price of the activity or package which includes most service fees and charges. The client gets a refund in case of cancellation for any reason, the amount depending on the time frame of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The condition for a refund is written cancellation 72 hours before the start of activity or package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>30% of accommodation costs are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days before the start of the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We don\u2019t refund costs of CFAR Insurance and payment fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>COVID-19 \/ Reembolso em circunst\u00e2ncias extremas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of the government closing borders or any other official restrictions that prevent travel to Slovenia on your chosen dates, we offer either a date change free of charge or a refund (except for minimum administrative costs, credit card fees and possible penalty fees from the accommodation providers &#8211; no more than 30% of the accommodation price). In case of a date change, we reserve the right to adjust the booking price according to a potential price change of any part of the Client\u2019s offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguran\u00e7a e privacidade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being. We don\u2019t encourage any of our clients to engage in any dangerous activity or to drink excessively. The Company cannot accept any responsibility if the Client for example drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients should thoroughly evaluate their physical capabilities and mental capacities for participation in tours by the Company before their booking. In case of incapability, the Company can deny the Client\u2019s participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All venue partners (including activities, bars, restaurants, clubs, accommodations&#8230;) reserve the right to refuse the Client\u2019s entry or remove them from activities\/venues due to various reasons such as the Client being drunk, disorderly, aggressive, abusive or practicing any anti-social behavior. The Company accepts no liability in mentioned events and refunds are not possible in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some programs include alcohol consumption and are suitable only for participants aged 18 years or older. Proof of age must be provided at the time of participation. As proof of age, we only accept official identification such as Passport, driver\u2019s license and other proof of age (18 plus) cards. Unacceptable identification includes photocopies, student cards and other non-government-issued identification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By making a booking every client agrees that the Company has the right to publish all the photos and videos that were made during the program (the photos and videos could include every client) in promotional and commercial intentions. If the Client does not agree, they should state that before the beginning of a tour\/activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage all clients to purchase Travel Insurance to protect their financial investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Queixas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se o Cliente tiver uma reclama\u00e7\u00e3o a fazer, deve comunic\u00e1-la de imediato ao guia tur\u00edstico ou ao agente de reservas. Desta forma, a nossa equipa tem a possibilidade de retificar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da reclama\u00e7\u00e3o. Eventuais altera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 excurs\u00e3o, no interesse da satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o do Cliente, s\u00f3 podem ser efectuadas se a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o for apresentada durante a excurs\u00e3o. As reclama\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas posteriormente n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o tidas em considera\u00e7\u00e3o. Se a reclama\u00e7\u00e3o for apresentada durante a viagem e o problema n\u00e3o for resolvido, deve ser apresentada outra reclama\u00e7\u00e3o por escrito \u00e0 Empresa no prazo de 24 horas ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da viagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em alguns casos, a Empresa \u00e9 um intermedi\u00e1rio entre o Cliente e um prestador de servi\u00e7os. Embora a nossa equipa se dedique a encontrar e a fornecer-lhe apenas os melhores servi\u00e7os, n\u00e3o podemos ser responsabilizados por erros, contratempos ou neglig\u00eancias cometidos por terceiros. Em caso de problema com qualquer um dos servi\u00e7os prestados pelo nosso fornecedor\/parceiro, o Cliente deve resolv\u00ea-lo diretamente com ele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Obriga\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients must follow the instructions by the Company, stated in correspondence, product\u2019s webpage\/brochure or instructions by the Company\u2019s guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Empresa reserva-se o direito de cancelar o programa a qualquer momento, se o Cliente n\u00e3o obedecer \u00e0s instru\u00e7\u00f5es do guia tur\u00edstico e parecer suscet\u00edvel de p\u00f4r em perigo o desenrolar seguro e confort\u00e1vel da viagem, podendo o Cliente ser exclu\u00eddo da totalidade ou de parte da viagem. Neste caso, o Cliente n\u00e3o tem direito a qualquer reembolso e tem de suportar quaisquer custos adicionais incorridos pelo Cliente em resultado disso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clients need to disclose any pertinent information that could potentially affect the experience or other clients. In case crucial information is not disclosed to the Company prior to the experience and this causes any additional costs, the Client is obliged to cover them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients are expected to obey local laws and regulations and any failure to do so will relieve the Company of all obligations that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any damage or losses caused by the Client is the responsibility of the Client. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid at the time directly to the supplier or the Company. If the Client fails to do so, they will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All clients need to have a valid identification document with them at all times.
